I grew up in Silicon Valley and I saw how much inequality women faced at every step of their journey to achieving big dreams. Thought I was just a college student, I knew if we want to live in a world that is equal, we have to be feminists and fight for the change we wish to see.
Jewelry, like so many other industries, was also a male dominated field in which profits were not supporting our world and giving back to women who deserved equal opportunities in business: therefore I created my company Shiffon Co.
